Quilted iPad Sleeve

Earlier in the year when my dad mentioned he was going to buy an iPad, I promised him that I'd make him a protective padded case for it.  I'm going to see him on Sunday, so yesterday I used Amy's tutorial for a Quilted iPad Sleeve from her blog Stichery Dickory Dock.  I had made this same iPad sleeve before for myself and new that I could make it fast.

My dad loves old cars so I used some fabric I had in my stash that I took from the traveling stash box that I had won earlier in the year.

I even used some DS fabric for the inside lining.

 

Hope my dad likes it!

Quilted iPad Sleeve

I've been wanting to make a cover for my iPad for sometime now but couldn't find a stylish pattern.  So, when I came across Amy's quilted iPad sleeve over at Stitchery Dickory Dock, I just knew that I wanted to follow her tutorial.

Fabric:  Denyse Schmidt Sugar Creek fabrics from JoAnn's.
